A great place to work

The firm is continually expanding and building on its current success.  Only a small number of trainees are recruited as we find it has the benefit that individuals become known for who they are and what they do. You will receive close support and regular feedback during your contract giving you an opportunity to grow and develop, excel in your career and make an impact.

It's not all work, work, work

At Langleys people really care about what they do. People work hard to meet deadlines and achieve results; however, we want the workplace to be a fun and enjoyable place. The working environment is one that is friendly and supportive, and we want to make sure it remains that way. We encourage everyone to get involved in social and networking events in order to get to know one another and to develop good working relationships. Langleys' social committees arrange events throughout the year from quiz nights to charity events to parties.

You will be starting your contract with other trainees who you will quickly get to know. We encourage trainees to meet up regularly and act as a support network for each other; many often form great friendships as a result.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits including;
  • 23 days holiday, which increases to 25 days after 1 complete year of service, 26 days after 6 complete years of service and thereafter one additional day for each completed year of service up to a maximum of 30 days per annum.
