Lucia, which has premises in York and Beverley, currently occupies the ground floor of 13 Swinegate. Following the extension Bar Esperanza will be opened across the floor above.
The Real Estate unit at Langleys’ York office has advised Lucia regarding the deal.
Lucia has been a "must visit eatery" over the years and with the addition of Bar Esperanza they aim to create a night out in style. This new unit will offer live shows, world class cocktails and late opening till 3am.
