Financial services

This is a complex and ever growing area of regulation. We advise on financial services registration, compliance and investigations. We regularly advise businesses on how to keep on the right side of the Regulators.

Insolvency

We advise businesses and individuals in relation to their own affairs and also on the impact of insolvency proceedings affecting a business's suppliers and customers. Our strong relationships with local and national insolvency practitioners (for whom we also act) mean we are well placed to represent clients with insolvency issues. Our expertise allows us to act quickly and minimise the impact of the insolvency event. Included within our team is a qualified insolvency practitioner.

Restructuring

Whilst insolvency is seldom welcome, many of the procedures available can be utilised to allow a business to be restructured. The legislation can also be used by solvent businesses to reorganise asset holdings through the implementation of tax efficient schemes.
