Jonathan, Dispute Resolution Partner, has wide experience of contentious matters including representing clients from the Magistrates Court to the House of Lords as well as considerable advocacy experience. Jonathan has a reputation for being prepared to dictate events in the event of proceedings being issued whilst always seeking a commercial solution to disputes.

Jeremy, Regulatory Partner, has over 20 years' experience of defending companies, directors and individuals subject to regulatory investigation and proceedings. Jeremy has successfully represented clients in cases at all levels from the Magistrates' Court to the European Court of Human Rights and is an experienced advocate.

Graeme, Dispute Resolution Partner, has over 20 years' experience of dealing with complex commercial litigation cases. Graeme uses his knowledge in dealing with a wide range of cases including high value disputes in professional negligence, shareholder and director disputes, intellectual property matters and judicial review.

James, a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution department, advises upon a range of complex, high value disputes and is known for his tactical but commercial approach to litigation. James has a particularly strong background in property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues. Other recent significant involvements (all successful) include his instruction in multi-party Judicial Review proceedings, defending a high value intellectual property claim and pursuing fraudulent parties.

Sarah is an assistant solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Team dealing with a wide variety of disputes for both individuals and companies. Sarah has particular expertise in contentious probate disputes, profesional negligence disputes, defamation claims, shareholder and partnership disputes and disputes relating to business and share sale agreements. Sarah also deals with boundary and property disputes and commercial contract disputes.

Kathryn undertook her training contract with Langleys and joined the Dispute Resolution team as a solicitor in 2009. She deals with a broad range of disputes, but takes a particular interest in property litigation, landlord and tenant issues and breach of contract claims.
