Langleys’ Construction team have recently completed advising Redline Racing Limited on the necessary procurement in relation to the £800,000 project to design and build Redline Racing Limited’s new premises at St James Business Park, Knaresborough.

Langleys Construction team advised on the form of contract required and negotiated with all parties to put these in place. The Construction team worked very closely with the Funder, Employer and Contractor in order to get the construction package agreed and signed up.
