"In 2006 I spent a very painful and stressful 6 weeks in X Hospital. I was then transferred to Y Hospital where I slowly recovered over the next 9 weeks. I was not happy with the treatment I received at X Hospital and sent a written complaint. After a conference at the hospital I was given every excuse possible so I decided to consult a solicitor. At the first meeting in 2007 I was very impressed with his thoroughness and since then he kept me informed during every step of the case.
