Helen is a transactional corporate and commercial lawyer focusing in particular on mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring as well as advising on general commercial contracts and matters.
She is also a member of the firm's renewable energy team and advises clients on the legal issues associated with the purchase, operation and maintenance of wind turbines, solar panels and other energy generators. Helen is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
