Contractual Benefits



23 days holiday, rising to 25 day after one year’s service.  After 6 years full service, 1 extra day for each year with the firm up to a maximum of 30

Contributory Pension

Contribute 3% of your salary into the firm’s pension scheme and the firm will match this.  After 2 complete years of service, and subject to you increasing your contribution to the scheme to 5%, we will also increase our contribution to 5%. You will also participate in the death in service benefit attached to the scheme which pays out 4 times your salary.

Company Sick Pay

Staff who successfully complete a 6 month probationary period are eligible for company sick pay.

Salaries are reviewed annually, usually in July.

Dependant Leave
