Your learning starts from the moment you join the firm with a full Induction programme including:
- Firm Induction
- Mandatory ELearning
- Department Specific Induction
This is followed up with regular catch ups and a formal 3 and 6 month reviews to ensure we are doing everything we can to support you whilst you settle in.

We recognise that everyone’s career aspirations and skills are different so we work with you, tailoring training and development to your particular needs to ensure that you thrive in your role.
We offer regular opportunities for you to tell us what you need, including:
- Formal performance reviews
- Conversations with your manager
- An annual analysis from our Learning and Development team.
Both technical and soft skills are considered and reviewed and, where training is needed, we will work with you, finding the best approach to learning to benefit you.
