Your learning starts from the moment you join the firm with a full Induction programme including:

  • Firm Induction
  • Mandatory ELearning
  • Department Specific Induction

This is followed up with regular catch ups and a formal 3 and 6 month review to ensure we are doing everything to support you while you settle into your new role.

As a member of the Langleys team you will always have access to learning and development. We offer regular opportunities for you to tell us what you need through formal performance reviews, regular conversations with your manager and an annual learning and development needs analysis where our learning and development team work with each unit to ensure required development needs are met. We have a structured approach to progression and work with our people to identify needs in relation to both technical and soft skills to ensure competencies are met. In addition we provide educational sponsorship for people to undertake qualification where a personal and business need has been established.
