We are both Lexcel and Investors In People (IIP) accredited; we believe continued investment and training in our people is vital for being the best at what we do. Our teams are widely experienced and highly skilled, contributing to our reputation for quality and efficiency. We are passionate about the quality of service delivered to our clients, always striving to exceed clients' expectations. Langleys provides services in four main areas; Insurance Law, Commercial, Private Law and Residential Conveyancing.

The principles of equal opportunity and diversity are fundamental to our continuing success. They are part of our philosophy and an essential feature of our practice.

We endeavour to treat everyone - both inside and outside the firm - with attention, courtesy, respect and consideration. We also aim to ensure that our employment opportunities are open and accessible to all based on individual qualities and personal merit.

It is our unequivocal policy not to discriminate against anyone - either directly or indirectly - on grounds of race, colour, ethnic or national origin, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy, disability, religion or belief, age, part-time or fixed-term status, or on any other irrelevant or irrational basis.

A Great Place to Work

The firm is continually expanding and building on its current success. Only a small number of trainees are recruited as we find it has the benefit that individuals become known for who they are and what they do. You will receive close support and regular feedback during your contract giving you an opportunity to grow and develop, excel in your career and make an impact.

It's Not all Work, Work, Work

At Langleys people really care about what they do. People work hard to meet deadlines and achieve results; however, we want the workplace to be a fun and enjoyable place. The working environment is one that is friendly and supportive, and we want to make sure it remains that way. We encourage everyone to get involved in social and networking events in order to get to know one another and to develop good working relationships. Langleys' social committees arrange events throughout the year from quiz nights to charity events to parties. You will be starting your contract with other trainees who you will quickly get to know. We encourage trainees to meet up regularly and act as a support network for each other; many often form great friendships as a result.

  • 25 days holiday, which increases to 26 days after 6 complete years of service and thereafter one additional day for each completed year of service up to a maximum of 30 days per annum.
