David is an Associate Solicitor with significant experience in dealing with regulatory and corporate defence work.
David advises companies and individuals who are the subject of investigation and prosecution by the HSE, DVSA and other regulatory bodies. He defends clients in relation to a wide range of criminal / regulatory offences including corporate manslaughter, gross negligence manslaughter, health & safety breaches, environmental health, road traffic offences and dangerous dogs allegations.
David has a particular speciality in representing heavy goods vehicle and public service vehicle operators at Public Inquiries before Traffic Commissioners.
David regularly appears in Magistrates’ Courts and before Traffic Commissioners across the UK. He has also appeared in successful appeals against TC decisions to the Upper Tribunal.
