Working as a Paralegal since 2009 and going on to qualify in 2017, Debra deals with all areas of family law.
Her expertise includes matters of divorce, financial settlements and arrangements for children as well as domestic abuse, separation of unmarried couples, pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.
She has a particular interest in cohabitation and ToLATA claims, assisting couples where they were not married and there are financial issues to resolve, particularly where a property is not owned in joint names.
