“Langleys Solicitors LLP’s ‘extremely competent’ team has a clear focus on clinical negligence with a varied caseload that includes maximum severity cases alongside lower-value matters. Practice head Andrew Cragg, associate Helen Rundle and associate chartered legal executive Helen Murphy, who is experienced in personal injury matters, form the heart of the practice,”

“Helen’s understanding and grasp of even the most complex brief is most impressive. We engaged Helen after several other firms, in both England and Wales, skimmed through the details of our case before turning us away. From the very first telephone contact we realised that we were dealing with someone very different to those we had dealt with previously. She listened, intently, and asked the questions we hoped she would. She gave us an opportunity to present our case, before agreeing to take it on, and by the time we completed the call we knew that at last we were in competent and capable hands. Helen’s scrupulous attention to detail has transformed our case and has single handedly turned what we thought was an ordinary medical negligence case in to a national crusade for justice and accountability. It was Helen’s tenacity and resolve to leave no stone unturned, and her grasp of the detail and the complexities of the arguments, that forced a reluctant Welsh government to call a full independent review. She is respected not just for her professionalism but for her empathy and genuine concern for those she represents. We are incredibly lucky to have stumbled upon such an incredibly special person who’s attention to the detail of the various strands of our case, has taken it to another level, beyond what, at our lowest ebb, we ever thought was possible. We could not have been better served, nor more supported.”
