A graduate of the University of Lincoln and the College of Law, James qualified as a Solicitor in 2017.
Since joining Langleys in 2012 James has worked primarily in conveyancing, he now undertakes both commercial and residential property work for a variety of clients including purchasers and sellers, landlords and tenants, investors, developers and matrimonial clients.
James’ experience in residential conveyancing includes all aspects of both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases - including unusual transactions including sales and purchases of part, shared ownership and new build property.
He is experienced in dealing with registered and unregistered land, including voluntary registration of land and adverse possession applications. He also advises on new-build properties and the Government's Help to Buy scheme, including Help to Buy ISAs.
