Lee is responsible for setting the firm’s marketing and business development strategy. His remit includes both the Langleys and Home Property Lawyers businesses, covering brand, marketing communications and client development. He is a member of the firm’s Operations Board.
Since joining Langleys, he has worked with our CEO on the firm’s new strategy following the sale of our insurance division, set a new marketing strategy following a full segmentation, targeting and positioning exercise, and launched the Langleeeasy campaign – our first multi-channel brand advertising campaign.
He has deep rooted experience of marketing professional services firms, previously being the marketing director at Blake Morgan, BLM and DAC Beachcroft, as well as working with the global tax practice at the accountancy firm EY.
He also founded a virtual marketing agency, Thirteen, that specialised in working with professional services businesses. Thirteen’s work with the accountancy firm Buzzacott won gold in the best rebrand category at the 2019 Citywealth Brand Management and Reputation Awards. Other clients included Howard Kennedy, Moore Stephens and Punter Southall.
Between 2015 – 2018 he was the London Region Director for PM Forum, the non-profit group dedicated to providing insight and inspiration to marketers in the professions, also organisation the group’s annual conference. In addition, he has been a judge at the annual Managing Partner Forum awards.
Lee has a specialist mini-MBA in marketing taught by Mark Riston, one of the world’s leading marketing professors.
