About Luke

Partner, Luke Rees leads the corporate law practice for Langley Solicitors. As a corporate transaction lawyer he has spent the last decade representing and advising business owners,  company boards and directors on all aspects of selling their interests, merging, restructuring and bringing in new money either through debt, private equity, or a blend of sources.

Based in the Lincoln office Luke handles a range of areas for commercial and corporate clients including; corporate structure and governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and agreements and general business advice.

Luke enjoys the fast-paced world of corporate law, he is passionate about getting the deal done and offering practical guidance for his clients, delivering added value through a pragmatic, responsive and commercially focused service.
