Manisha qualified as a solicitor in 2013. She attended the University of Leicester where she studied Law and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at Birmingham College of Law. She completed her training contract in Worcester and qualified in employment law before joining a local law firm of solicitors in her home town.
Manisha joined us in October 2018 and advises on contentious and non-contentious areas of employment law for both businesses and individuals. This includes advising on claims for wrongful dismissal or unfair dismissal, as well as matters relating to redundancies, grievance and disciplinary disputes, implementation of terms and conditions of employment along with day-to-day employee management issues such as sickness absence.
