Paul is an experienced dispute lawyer who litigates on behalf of people and businesses. Most commonly: business disputes; landlord and tenant issues; debt recovery and property disputes..
Paul has experience in resolving matters through mediation where appropriate and expertise in County Court matters.
He has extensive commercial experience from working in a variety of industries including large multi-nationals, the manufacturing sector as well as public sector law enforcement.
Paul works on behalf of limited companies, partnerships and individuals on a variety of matters including commercial litigation, shareholder disputes and debt recovery, property ownership and boundary disputes and landlord and tenants’ issues.
Prior to joining Langleys, Paul studied for his law degree whist working full time, going on to graduate in 2015 from the Open University with a First-Class Honours degree in Law LLB.
Following on, Paul completed the Legal Practice Course and Masters in Law LLM at Nottingham Law School, gaining a distinction.
Alongside his qualifications, Paul has gained knowledge in debt recovery matters from his time spent with a large multi-national utility company. He has additionally gained commercial experience within the manufacturing sector as well as public sector law enforcement.
