One of the largest estate agencies in the East Midlands has continued its expansion with a new office in Spalding.
Newton Fallowell was advised by Lincoln-based Langleys Solicitors on the lease of 7 Bridge Street from Broadgate Homes.
The branch will be run by franchise partners Claire Soutar and her brother Chris Lett who already operate a Newton Fallowell branch in Bourne.
Established by Mark Newton in 1999, Newton Fallowell has around 1,400 homes for sale throughout the East Midlands, and a workforce of 170. The majority of its branches are run by franchisees.
Mark Newton, chief executive of Newton Fallowell, said: “Spalding is a fantastic territory and we look forward to offering local customers our excellent level of service on property matters. We opened 11 branches in 2014 and will continue to expand our network of franchisees in 2015.”
Sarah Miles, partner at Langleys Solicitors, said: “We enjoy a fantastic relationship with Newton Fallowell, which has quickly become a household name in the East Midlands, with a strong reputation for service. We are delighted to play our part in its ongoing expansion.”
