Seminar to Focus on Employee Benefits

Sep 10th, 2015

Kate Hindmarch, Consultant Solicitor

Flexible staff benefits and salary sacrifice schemes come under the spotlight at an employment seminar being held by Langleys Solicitors and BHP Chartered Accountants.

As the labour market tightens and competition for good people intensifies, more employers are introducing flexible reward schemes in the workplace.

The seminar – on Wednesday 16 September in York – will also provide an update on this summer’s budget in which the popular childcare voucher scheme was given a two-year stay of execution and salary sacrifice arrangements in general remained intact.

Speaking at the seminar with Stephen will be Lyndsey Crook, solicitor, from Langleys’ employment law team; Adrian Hulme, senior consultant in employer relations at BHP Chartered Accountants; and Christine Robinson, head of BHP’s employment taxes and enquiries team.
