The Regatta, one of Lincoln’s flagship office buildings, is once again fully occupied following two new lettings.
Property developer Bastien Jack and The Salegroup are the latest companies to take space at the three-storey building on Doddington Road. They join occupiers including the Crown Prosecution Service and property management business Ezytrac.
The Regatta was built in 2009 by developer Melbourne Holdings and is part of Henley Office Park.
Melbourne Holdings was advised on the lettings by Peter Horner of Lincoln-based Langleys Solicitors.
Jane Thomas, commercial director at Melbourne Holdings, said: “We’re pleased to welcome our two latest tenants to The Regatta, which has a superb location between the Lincoln bypass and city centre.
“The fact that the building is now fully occupied once more shows that the regional commercial property market is in good health. And the fact that each new tenant took occupation as soon as the previous tenant vacated was a further indicator of this positive position.”
Peter Horner said: “The Regatta is a high-quality development that offers everything a business requires to thrive. We enjoy an excellent working relationship with Melbourne Holdings and were pleased to have completed these lettings at the earliest possibility. We look forward to working with them on further deals.”
