Langleys Solicitors has strengthened its private client and agriculture team with the appointment of Kate Mawer.
Kate joins the Lincoln-based law firm as an assistant solicitor. She previously worked at hlw Keeble Hawson.
Kate specialises in the preparation of wills and inheritance tax planning as well as the administration of estates.
Amy Cowdell has also joined the private client and agriculture team at Langleys, moving from its commercial property unit. An associate solicitor, Amy has more than 10 years’ experience in all aspects of property transactions and landlord and tenant work.
She advises on all agricultural matters including the sale and purchase of farms and farm land, agricultural tenancies and farming partnerships.
