Langleys Solicitors has advised on the lease of a new studio for a London-based tattoo artist.
Juneid Ghamy and partner Emma Bundonis have opened the business – Through my Third Eye – in Hornsey Road, Islington.
Langleys acted on the 10-year lease of the property which has been refurbished to include a tattoo studio and gallery.
Juneid, whose artist name is Mowgli, said: “We have always wanted to open our own business. The location in Hornsey Road is ideal for our first venture and we look forward to welcoming clients who can see the range of our creative work on display in the gallery.”
Emma Warner, partner in commercial property at Langleys, said: “Juneid and Emma are accomplished tattoo artists and we’re pleased to support them in their first business enterprise together.”
The agent for the property was Martyn Gerrard, an independent estate agency in North and North West London. Christopher Kirby, commercial negotiator, said: “It has been an absolute pleasure working with Juneid and Emma from the day I showed them the shop until the day we completed the lease with the solicitors. I am positive they will do really well with their business.”
