Lodge Farm Offices, near Newark-on-Trent, has agreed office and storage leases with five businesses.
Cladding and glass firm Adept Installations, pile testing business NDT Services and Tilhill Forestry have signed leases on office units.
Tilhill Forestry has also leased a storage unit at Lodge Farm. Further storage units have been leased to Lambley Properties and cladding business G-Tag, with a final unit retained for agricultural use.
Peter Horner of Langleys’ commercial property team in Lincoln provided legal support to Lodge Farm landowner John Breedon on the six-year deals.
Lodge Farm Offices was a diversification project for an arable farm that was struggling to make profits. The 350-acre site at Orston also contains a 12-megawatt solar farm, which supplies power for around 4,000 homes.
Langleys has worked with John Breedon since 2008.
Peter Horner said: “It has been fascinating to see the transformation of this former farm into a modern development for small businesses. We were pleased to assist John Breedon by forming these new lease contracts.”
