Langleys Solicitors has appointed Fiona Kingscott to its corporate team.
Fiona joins Langleys from the University of Leeds, where she worked on licensing the IP in research results to the NHS and private sector.
In her role as an IP solicitor, Fiona will specialise in non-contentious IP and commercial law. This includes agreements relating to IT, supply, distribution, trademarks and consumer protection.
Prior to the University of Leeds, she spent three years as solicitor and assistant company secretary at Filtronic plc followed by six years in the IP team at Lupton Fawcett, specialising in non-contentious IP and commercial law.
