The head of Langleys medical law team has been re-accredited to the Law Society’s Specialist Clinical Negligence Panel.
Andrew Cragg, a partner at Langleys Solicitors, had to undergo rigorous evaluation of his work to achieve re-accreditation, including taking account of testimonials from clients.
What is striking about Andrew’s accreditation is that he is also a member of the Action Against Medical Accidents (AvMA) panel. AvMA is the national charity which provides advice and support to people affected by medical accidents, and they too expect a high standard of support for clients. There are only a very limited number of lawyers with dual accreditation.
Andrew said: “I’m delighted to have been re-accredited to the Law Society’s Panel. It is important that clients concerned about medical treatment contact specialist lawyers for advice on investigating and pursuing such cases. The accreditation is an indication to clients of my expertise.”
