Langleys have advised on a management buyout of Electrical Network (Scarborough), who supply a range of electrical devices to contractors, local authorities, healthcare trusts and other businesses.
The company currently employs 8 people and has a turnover of £2.3 million and the plan moving forward will be to expand the business with new outlets in Yorkshire and the North East.
Christian Hunt and Andrew Gawley from the Corporate and Commercial team acted on behalf of branch manager Mike Pearson, providing an exit for owners Edward Mcvey and Graeme Doherty.
Christian said "We were delighted to help Mike achieve his ambition of taking over the business. I'm looking forward to seeing the company go from strength to strength under his ownership."
