Like all responsible businesses we are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation in the UK. Our priority is to keep people and their families safe. We are adhering strictly to Government advice, whilst remaining fully committed to delivering an exceptional client service across all areas of our business.
Following the latest guidance from the Government, our people are working from home if they possibly can. We were already testing our systems and procedures in case we needed to take this decision. I am confident we will be able to deliver what you need with minimal, if any, disruption.
I know that this is a worrying time for everyone with no clear picture of what the future holds. Please be assured that we will do whatever we can to help you.
If there are any critical issues that it is essential are dealt with in person we will, of course, make our offices available. For some time, we have been taking extra precautions to minimise the risk of infection in our buildings and our internal policies ensure all our people are up to date on current policy and guidance. Our offices do remain open.
In the meantime, please speak to any of our partners or lawyers if there is anything you need or call me directly and I will help in any way I can. My thoughts are with those who have had the virus and are affected by it. Hopefully as many of you as possible are staying fit and healthy.
