Mini Setty: The one piece of advice I would offer to employers is to follow their internal processes and to make sure that they communicate with their employees effectively. Often you find that employees who are not listened to and feel that their internal processes are not being followed, that they are either discriminated against or being treated unfairly and that can cause a lot of anxiety, stress, and claims can arise as a result of it. So, employers who are smart will follow their own processes.
