I’m being bullied at work, what can I do?

Video Transcription

Mini Setty: Where an employee feels that they're being bullied at work, the best course of action for them would be to raise the issues and complaint with their line manager or with the Human Resources department. If they feel they cannot do that, then I would encourage them to go and look at their internal grievance policies and raise the complaints through that. That can be done either orally or usually in a written form whether by letter or by an email.
