The Claimant suffered from recurrent kidney stones and underwent treatment at Lincoln County Hospital. She was undergoing annual routine follow-up appointments and lithotripsy treatments where appropriate.
The Claimant was discharged from regular urology review in 2012, and by 2014 investigations revealed she had multiple kidney stones. As a result, the opportunity to treat with less invasive treatment was lost and the Claimant required 2 separate operations to remove the stones.
Langleys strived to obtain a settlement of £18,500 for the Claimant.
