In readiness for finding a property to purchase, contact us for a quote. Then once you find a property to purchase you can give the Estate Agents our details enabling them to send us a memorandum of sale straight away. We can then contact the seller’s conveyancer for a contract and supporting documentation so we can start our checks and searches.
